[ In the night - A neon lit lounge beckons to the killers, thieves, criminals, gangsters, and all walks of the underworld in which they reside ~
Beneath the glamorous veil lies two king's which rule all.

- One an optimistic killer whom has a way with words. Charming, handsome, well dressed, yet bold. His wit, and power with the pen, just as fine as his precision with an M9.

- The other. Target 1's older brother. Quiet. Reserved. Ebony hair. Always brandishing that same black bomber jacket. Some say he is ex-military. He is known to be a killing machine. Stone-cold in execution, his skills with knife and the gun are meant to be approached with extreme caution.

They are in charge of the federation ~ Kill them ~

Within this little world, they control everything around us.
Reality as we see it.
I cannot explain to you why they must die or my intentions.
I cannot even explain to you who you even are, and why you are in this dark room with the silhouette of a stranger, and an explosive strapped your neck collar.
All I know is that you are only one that can do it. And you will do it.
